At jadechiu.com we are committed to ensuring that you are delighted with your purchase. Due to the nature of our fusion art jewelry, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Exchange Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection and Approval: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at jade@jadechiu.com with photos and a description of the issue. Once we verify the defect or damage, we will arrange for an exchange.
  • Replacement: We will replace the item with the same or similar item, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

5. Shipping

  • Exchange Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending the item back to us. If the item is being exchanged due to damage or defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
  • Shipping Damage: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
